You can also customize your fee schedules to match how you want to charge: flat rate, market-based, sliding scale — whatever works best for you and your clients.

Even if you choose to calculate management fees manually, you can still take advantage of our services. Just provide your calculations and we’ll assess, invoice, collect and deliver your fees just like with our full-service option.

Cash Management

The TCA platform includes a comprehensive cash management system to help you manage the outgoing cash flow needs for your accounts.

Our Cash Calendar tool lets you set up different types of standing instructions and pre-authorizations to make managing your accounts easier. For example, it can automatically track one-time withdrawal requests, systemic distributions and upcoming fee payments.

You can also use our Model Tactics system to set up cash management variations within a single investment model. That way, you can still use one easy-to-manage model for clients that want to maintain cash reserves, as well as those who want to stay fully invested.

Client Statements

Instead of flooding your clients’ mailboxes with separate statements, TCA consolidates all account information into one simple summary. These statements can be customized to include:

With Liberty, your clients and representatives can download a wide range of account data, 24 hours a day. This includes:

  • Portfolio overviews
  • Current positions and pending activity, updated in real time
  • Pie charts of account holdings, sortable by security, asset class or strategy
  • Historical account snapshots
  • Previous year’s statements
  • Last four years’ tax forms

The Liberty portal can also be fully customized to include your logo, branding, contact information and welcome messages.

Online Distribution

You can provide your clients and representatives with the ability to make online distribution requests, all through our mobile Liberty app. This enables representatives to make requests without waiting for your approval, freeing up your time and speeding up the process.

You always have complete control over who can request online distributions (RIAs, representatives, investors) and can make adjustments at any time. And if you elect to use the auto-trades process, all online distributions will be included.
